  预订三晚，住了一晚后果断取消1.停车非常难停，地上只有少量，地下的入口跟难找找了半天，因为是跟商业共用的，车位假期根本找不到，停好了大包小包找酒店电梯找了半天2.最关键的问题，房间空调根本不制冷，室外不到20度，房间开了几个小时还是27度。师傅搬着梯子折腾了几下，温度调到最低，风量调到最大，还是没有任何效果。到了晚上快11点，打电话给前台，前台推荐给送个冷风机，并让工作人员来开窗。过了一会，一个阿姨过来送了冷风机，噪音巨大，而且也只是吹风。开窗的时候还嘟嘟囔囔，意思是把手拿下来，换到另一个窗户，要用力一推就能固定保持。合着这个就是常规操作。阿姨走的时候我随口问了一句，空调是不是不制冷，阿姨支支吾吾，説刚开，可能效果不好。我料到，这个情况，及时给我们换房间，也大概率解决不了，何况根本没人提给我们换房。我们勉强睡下，到了夜里两点还是给热醒，起来看室内温度26.5度。媳妇孩子都还好，就忍了继续捱到了天亮。比较有意思的是第二天早上刚七点，房间温度就直飈25.5。3.退房的时候，我还特意提了取消了两晚，工作人员也没问我原因。4.第二天还是第三天，有一个工作人员倒是电话联系了我，説送我个礼物。有啥用？体验太差了，服务还不如全季的水平。跟我们后面换的亚朵，服务上比简直差的不是一点半点。5早餐还不错。

  房间宽敞，没有什么噪音。 银川太乾燥了，要是能有加湿器就更好了。 酒店跟閲彩城在一个楼里，六楼还可以直通閲彩城，吃喝和看电影都很方便。 Ariel服务很好
