喝水的杯子上沾满了不知道是什么东西，每一个都是这样的，立马就觉得很不爽！服务也一般，特别是游泳池前台的女服务员，老公去咨询游泳事宜，爱答不理的，没有见过哪个酒店的服务是这样的，确实有待改善。周边吃东西很不方便，带孩子不适合，离海边需要走一段时间，隔了好几条马路！

房问很棒，服务也很好！游泳池管理规范，行政楼层早餐很一般！西餐厅的自助午餐也比较一般，不过价格很便宜。

这家酒店对我来说是众多香格里拉酒店最具有特色的，面朝大海环境优美，可以看日出日落真是想不到呀，早餐，及行政酒廊的下午茶真是太棒了，服务员每个人的态度都很好下次来厦门这家酒店是我唯一的选择。

酒店很新，很干净，服务也很好。门卫服务人员也很热情帮忙叫车取行李。对面是沙滩，孩子玩的很开心。餐饮也不错。非常满意的出行。
