整体来说是很不错的，在厦门的五星级酒店里是性价比比较高。早餐也很不错。海景房的早上还可以看日出。只是地理位置稍偏了些，其他都很好。

非常棒的一次入住体验！厦门香格里拉酒店虽然开业不久，但还是屡获殊荣，大堂一隅的奖杯陈列揭示了这是一家很棒的酒店！设施完备，服务一流，交通便利，环境优美！推荐入住！

酒店大堂不错，门童服务意识较弱，房间偏小，还有装修的味道，说好的海景房只是一个侧边，和推介图片相差甚远，有弄虚作假之嫌。如果这个价位只能是这个海景就说清楚，不要网上挂着全海景的图片，实际又是1/5的海景来坑爹。另外要说的就是中餐，太有失香格里拉的品牌了，把粤菜做的一塌糊涂，服务人员也是一脸懵懂，和其他地区的香格里拉酒店中餐差太远了，吃了最不满意的一次。

无敌海景超贊！酒店设施很新，员工服务很好！一贯香格里拉的高水准! 呆在房间看电影一流。唯一不足是淋浴间，五星级酒店没有天花板花洒，连唯一的花洒头也有问题，花洒托松掉，水压导致花洒头猛地向一个方向喷射，很难固定下来。所以洗澡洗的不是很爽，老跟花洒头较劲！
