服务真的太好了，带孩子难免丢三落四，但是在酒店落下的东西都给找回来了，前后有3个东西落下，都找到了，酒店服务真不错，最后一个还给我快递，下次还是要再去住的，毕竟服务才是第一位的。工作人员也都很有素质，酒店服务没话说。

厦门很不错的五星酒店，一进门就特别舒服。办理入住前台帅哥王佳乐态度很棒，五星级服务特别好。娃很开心。值得一住。

酒店环境特好，泳池有3个：无边泳池、室内泳池、花园泳池。孩子特别喜欢花园泳池，很大水不深非常适合孩子戏水。客房服务员温明会人很好，知道我们带小朋友入住特意给孩子用毛巾叠个小象，很是开心，对这次的住店很满意！

每个别墅都可以在前台预约电瓶车，房间也会打扫的很干净，每位服务员素质都很高，很热情，房间地理位置也很好，毕竟习大大住过的
