服务很好，都会热情的帮忙提行李。尤其要表扬一下三楼客服部的王素华，看到我一个人拿两个行李箱，立马过来帮忙。酒店的小海豚游乐场孩子们玩得很开心。酒店到海滩有专用通道，很方便。花园泳池和无边泳池也很漂亮。

我带着老人和孩子去厦门旅游，入住海悦。感受很好，干净，服务好，房间大，无异味，卫生比较好。厦门不堵车，非常舒服，适合居住度假的好地方。总体感受比海南好。公共汽车上都在对市民进行爱国爱党的宣传工作，厦门人友好。伟大、光荣、正确的中国共产党万岁！
