酒店地理位置很好，地铁1号线就在边上，出行很方便。酒店干净整洁，住着舒服。服务员态度亲切，对于我们加床需求，不仅很好地满足，还送了早餐，服务非常满意。
另外，早餐也是不错的，中式、西式都有，满足不同的需求。

就在地鐵出口旁邊，出行是非常方便的。
夾層套房的客廳算是舒適，光線充足明亮，而且還有水果、鳳梨酥等廈門名產，進門坐下時感覺是很好的。
樓上臥房雖然天花板較低，但不令人覺得壓迫，所以睡得不錯，只是二樓浴室與廁所格局較奇怪，使用不是很方便。
早餐種類算不少，更令人滿意的是服務態度，前台工作人員也很親切有禮。下次出差應該還是住在這裡。

房间还可以，迷你吧很丰富，有收费的有免费的，前台的妹子很热情，特地告知小冰箱里的都是免费使用的，酒店位置也很好，有停车场很方便

酒店地段好，就在地铁站旁边，离磐基中心步行也就5、6分钟，客服装修有点老房间卫生一般，地毯有别人的指甲，大堂和前台的服务还可以，一开始的双床房楼层不满意，后来很快的给我换了高楼层的大床，大床带个飘窗但是房间面积小了很多，卫生间也不像照片上双床房那样宽敞，总之大床房的房间面积应该不到20平，一个人住还行。

酒店环境不错，也经常来了基本到厦门都是住这边，在这里特别感谢前台小廖几乎每次过来都非常热情，知道我喜欢泡茶每次都提前多放了很多矿泉水。17楼的会所很漂亮
