回头客了，复式的客房非常舒适，空间宽敞明亮，服务很很，入住这三天厦门非常炎热，酒店西晒没冷气，反馈后立刻帮我升级到豪华套房，且外送都是机器人送到门口，方便又卫生，下次来还会入住

来磐基办事路过选的这家凯裕酒店，距离磐基中心还有明发美食广场真的
很近，过个路口就到了，就在地铁和公交站旁边，
位置无敌。房间舒适。停车很方便。
订的房间有个超级大的飘窗好评。卫生干净，一到前台就给奉上姜茶，寒冷中暖意满满，前台珍珍和林新房服务热
情，还一一介绍房间冰箱免费饮品，叫的外卖机器人送来好可爱哦

实实在在的非常满意，办完入住Susan小姐姐帮忙把行李送房间，一路上介绍了酒店的设施设备，周围的美食街、商场、公园、很贴心 对我出行有很大的帮助，小冰箱里的东西都是免费的，还有凤梨酥，下次一定还要入住这里！

酒店环境很舒心，服务也特别到位，因要做核酸检测，前台小卢美女给推荐核酸医院，特别热心告知如何预约。临走口红还落在房间，前台给我退房的小何小姐姐马上通知我并帮我取下来。手动点赞d。酒店的设施很齐全，还有一小冰箱免费饮品、退房还送了我伴手礼！下次一定还会来哦！

首先地理位置不错，属于厦门岛比较中心的位置，去哪都近。附近也有地铁口，莲花路口站。
地段附近属于较高端定位，磐基中心就在附近。酒店设施服务齐全，中西餐厅，酒吧，停车场都有，装修也不错
服务质量高
房间温馨，有免费茶点，水供应，厕所千湿分离，入住体
验感好，睡觉质量有保证
