酒店环境不错，位置如果离湖边更近点就好了。房间住得很舒服，泳池和儿童区也不错，就是早餐差了点，不是种类少，而是实在不好吃，厨师是不是要换一批了？

酒店环境很好，大堂装潢精致，布置精美。和室外的园林风景都是一流的。内部装潢和摆件符合五星级标准。住在八楼窗外能够远眺太湖风景，唯一值得诟病的就是中餐厅的菜肴。太湖虾有一半不新鲜。无锡酱排骨肉质偏老， 鰣鱼口感还不错，太湖银鱼炒蛋好吃，质量还有待于提高。
