办理入住非常高效，办理完入住，在看到我们带了小朋友一起出行，还贴心的送了小童洗漱品和浴袍。前台员工非常热情，工作认真负责。酒店地下负一楼停车场还有充电桩，非常方便。前台还帮忙介绍了附近的景点，也告知了如何前往景点更方便。因为是下午到的，我们就选择自己打车去了鼋头渚，酒店距离景区不远，路上有点堵车。酒店是可以预约早晨去鼋头渚的大巴的，最好还是早晨跟酒店大巴去，可以直接前往景点不需要排队检票。酒店地理位置真的特别好，酒店就位于蠡湖边，吃了饭可以到湖边走走，景观非常棒，适合带家人一起出行。酒店内部景观也很漂亮还有樱花树。大堂一楼有小红帽咖啡，尝试了一下，总体来说跟星巴克味道类似，还不错。房间虽然不大，但卫生干净整洁。入住万怡还能使用隔壁万豪的泳池，这点很棒。虽然入住期间也因为房间有噪音产生了问题，但是后续酒店处理的非常迅速，也及时联系了我们，给予了解决方案，感谢帮我们处理问题经理，处理的非常满意。总体来说性价比还是很高的，以后再来无锡还是会选择这家酒店。

酒店靠近鼋头渚附近，前往景区非常方便，房间干净整洁，酒店人员都很热情，特别是办理入住的cassie，让人觉得舒心。

五星推荐！这次入住的体验远超预期！从踏入大堂起，前台Jimmy热情周到的服务就让人倍感亲切，快速办理入住的同时还贴心地介绍了酒店设施和周边景点。房间设计简约雅致，床品柔软舒适，配套的洗护用品品质也很高级！酒店地理位置优越，步行10分钟即可抵达蠡园，就是周边餐饮选择不太多。早餐种类多样，健身房和泳池设施维护专业，退房时收到酒店还提前准备好了账单和发票，细节处尽显用心。无论是商务出行还是休闲度假，这里都是绝佳选择，期待下次再见！

It started with check-in taking way too long (10 minutes wait and 5 more minutes to receive my room card as there was only was staff at the check-in). Service throughout my stay is cold as it was impossible to discover a smile on either of the staff’s faces. Breakfast was just okay - no complaints. All-in-all a cold and unfriendly atmosphere at the hotel

Service was great, everybody very friendly and helpful. The buffet was also nice.
The location is excellent, close to Lake Tai, Turtle Head Island; Li Garden is in walking distance.
Would definitely stay there again.
