设施：酒店是老酒店翻新的。但整体还是比较老的设施。只是来玩离得蠡园很近，性价比还行。
服务：服务倒是很好房间升级房型。水喝完了，房间服务给了很多矿泉水水。
环境：酒店周围环境很好。环湖步行很舒服。可以步行到蠡园。蠡园其实漂亮的。湖景园景结合。

酒店应该是老酒店翻新过的，整体的性价比还是很高的，酒店员工的服务态度很好，sunny比较热心，这几天下雨，会提醒晚上蚊虫多，注意关窗，出行会问需不需要雨伞，还会介绍周边的景点，但因为下雨，没机会去了，是一家值得信赖的酒店。

超满意的一次住宿！最最惊喜的是遇到前台Sunny小姐姐，人真的特别特别好！不仅业务熟练，效率高，更重要的是那种发自内心的亲切感。主动关心我们的需求，像朋友一样聊天，让人感觉特别放松和舒服。因为她的存在，感觉这家酒店都更有温度了。房间干净卫生，位置离景区近，强烈推荐！
