走的匆忙，居然忘记拍照了，酒店出乎意料的好，首先服务态度很好。此次出行我的行李很多，有人帮忙拧行李，前台的服务态度也是特别好，记住了前台经理万伟，非常不错。酒店环境也很好，跟照片一样。总之是一次很满意的住宿体验。

非常好的一次入住体验，服务特别周到，每天多给两瓶水，还给我留言温馨提示！酒店进入后，总有很好闻的香味，很清新！空调温度请了两次技术人员，都特别耐心的服务，让人感觉很温暖！

第一次入住武汉香格里拉酒店。交通方便，从香港路地铁站A出口步行2分钟就到达酒店了。出行非常方便！到了酒店大堂服务员很热情，还帮忙拿行礼。特别是前台王凯小妹面带微笑，很快办理了入住。特别赞！酒店还赠送了莲藕排骨汤，水果。很是贴心！一楼大堂有自助餐，品种多。适合带孩子去品尝美食。
