定的大床房，美女前台给升级了亲子房，孩子超级喜欢，还延住了一晚。
特别要表扬的是客房服务员李柱美和停车场小王，李柱美阿姨贴心的准备了梨羹和小朋友玩具，儿子特别喜欢。停车场小王主动送上名片以便找不到车位时可随时找他，最让我觉得需要感谢的是：他和主管还主动在一清早帮我洗车，真的太感谢了。
感谢李柱美阿姨和停车场小王及主管！！！
下次来威海还住百纳中心大酒店！！！

第一次入住，很满意，酒店内设施齐全，早餐品种丰富，服务人员服务热情周到，客户经理小冯细心热情，停车时小王帮忙寻找车位，热情周到，还会再次入准

房间很不错，前台服务态度很好，门口俩个安保大哥帮忙擦了车，一直忘评价了，不好意思，以后再到威海还会再来，很好的一次旅行体验。

曾经很喜欢的酒店，但是这次感觉一般，半夜了还有七楼KTV唱歌吵的厉害，不能理解这么好的酒店把KTV跟客房只差两个楼层，我们的房间还是跟KTV错着的，不知道就在他们顶上的客人是怎么睡的，退房走的时候停车场还要了两块钱的停车费，说是超时了，钱不多，心里不舒服，住店停车不是全免费的吗？本来想给停车场的服务师傅个好评，也没心情了。六楼锦绣江南餐厅倒是比以前价格实惠了，菜品也好吃，看来下次只去吃饭吧。
