可以说每次去威海都住的酒店，每次都是前台的服务没的说，但是这次真让我失望，我特意看了一下她的名子王小敏，哎，王小敏真不适合在前台工作，我就问了一句话。她那个态度啊，像是我惹她了，除了她，还是有好的，毕家伟，时燕，都非常好。

酒店设施陈旧，浴巾都已变色老化；房内有异味，应该是下水道的问题；隔音极差，旁边量贩KTV唱歌唱到凌晨两三点，完全无法入睡！前台和客房员工的服务态度还是很好的，还算是有点欣慰。酒店位处市中心地带，购物吃饭还是很方便的。。

酒店是比较老的，位置不错，但是服务真的很好，我们下来的时候正在给我们擦车，主动帮我们整理后备箱，特意要了一张名片，必须赞一个👍

这是我住过的服务最贴心的酒店，甚至比起一些大品牌的五星级酒店服务都要周到！从前台工作人员到楼层工作人员都会体现出一种无微不至的关怀！楼下对面都是商场，吃饭逛街也很方便！离海边也不远……是威海旅游住店的不二之选！
