环境设施完善，特被值得一提的是有游泳池及淋雨房（可泡热水澡、桑拿浴）非常不错！路对面有苏氏牛肉面。

主要觉得服务实在太差！礼宾部一个叫Waili 的人气势汹汹，咄咄逼人， 让我们觉得进入了黑社会！礼宾部的人完全不懂礼宾，吓死人了！真没有想到一个号称四星级的酒店， 服务这样，把客人当敌人一样！我们后来把问题反应给了大堂经理， 幸好遇到了讲道理的人， 才解决问题。酒店总体硬件还行， 但是服务一般， 感觉管理有一些问题， 住的不安心。离机场也不近， 位置比较偏。不是很推荐…

前台人员业务素质极差，已多次把帐算错，刷卡押金尽然到今天都未退回，已快两个月了，也不知怎么做帐的，派人去查，尽然查无此帐。想想都火大。
