酒店服务不错，前台办理入住大堂经理讲解细致，西餐厅环境菜品不错，就是做核酸位置老是两边跑，后院位置不好，耽误时间

是本地的老牌酒店，地理位置很好，离市中心很近，办事很方便。酒店停车场很大，住客都是免费停车，但是每次都要去礼宾那消号才行，不是很方便。酒店服务很周到，行李员、前台工作人员都很礼貌、热情。房间蓝牙音箱的音质不错，枕头有多种材质可选，床垫非常舒服，很喜欢酒店的记忆枕。酒店有健身中心，住客是免费的，健身器械很全，教练还很热情的给我指导，服务非常棒！

朋友推荐酒店 果然不负所望 酒店的一切都是令人非常满意的 酒店办理入住特别快 前台礼宾及大堂经理很热情 想去市区周边转转 最好是一日游可以当天往返 大堂经理推荐了天山天池 还为我们打听了景点的疫情政策 去往景点的大巴车接送点及发车时间 很感谢大堂经理和前台小哥哥 小姐姐 值得表扬哦 棒棒哒 以后去乌鲁木齐必选乌鲁木齐环球国际酒店??

进到酒店大厅引人注目就是大厅中间的丝带 很有特色 前台服务员的热情接待和礼宾员的送行李服务让我又体会到了五星级酒店服务。房间卫生特别干净温度很合适舒服。位置也特别好，对面还有夜市真的值得住的酒店之一。

酒店大厅很有特色，有丝绸之路的感觉，行李员热情的帮我提行李，并提示我使用前台摆放的消毒湿巾；前台很有礼貌、快捷的为我办理入住，还询问我对房间的要求，服务太贴心了，大堂经理也是，跟我说有什么需求可以找他，非常很专业。房间宽敞，夏季房间温度适宜。酒店停车场很大，住宿免费停车，下次住宿首选环球！
