房间很大，位置也很好，对面是友好商场，旁边是美美百货，吃喝玩乐一条龙，但服务真不怎么样，服务员都好像欠他们钱了，一副爱搭不理的嘴脸

礼宾部的服务非常好。
餐厅早餐服务非常一般， 盘子都是湿漉漉的， 怀疑没有消过毒， 和他们说， 他们说消毒了， 就是温度不高~ 非常汗颜！温度不高， 怎么能够叫消毒了呢？肝炎病毒都是这样传播的吧？父亲要咖啡， 服务员皱着眉头端过来， 好像也很不耐烦……餐厅的服务非常一般， 不像sheraton的水准。
客房比较旧，但是还算干净。屋子的热水几乎没有， 很不容易有一点点热水，水流也非常小，夏天竟洗的很冷~觉得设施维护总体很差。
地段不错， 前台接待服务也不错。
总体性价比不高。

跟其他地方的喜来登差距有点大，卫生间空调居然是分体的顶机。价格太高，有些不值。
