酒店大堂就是个商场，在艺龙订了带早餐的大床房，服务台刚开始说定了标间，给看了订单后才改成大床房，第二天早上吃早餐说定的房间没有早餐，再次出示订单后才可以吃早餐，服务和五星有差距。
