位置还是很好的，去瓷房子和五大道都挺近，意风区就在楼下，很便利。当然，十一的价格也是水涨船高，设施老旧了点，不过也还不错。

就在海河边上，离意大利风情园很近，晚上能看夜景，地理位置不错。就是室内设施有些陈旧，窗户都无法打开，靠空气净化器通风。
