装修老了店无所谓，主要服务还差了点，我是浙江的，第一我10点到的无法入住我能理解，但是我住三晚第三晚要求换床单，服务员说我为什么不提早说，也没提示牌给我们，一般其他酒店都有牌可以放床上提示换床单，他们没有，打电话要求换还埋怨我们。第二，不能延迟到14点退房，只能12点前退房，服务和南方酒店真差距很大

入住时前台女士态度冷淡，连一句“你好”都没有。我们礼貌询问能否安排一个观景较好的房间，面无表情答:“都一样。”大年初二入住率并不高，我们提的请求应该不算过分吧，即使不愿意安排也可以直说，这样草率回答您自己都不相信吧？选择酒店是因为同事推荐，说河景不错，最后我们被分到一个阴面房间旁边高楼阻挡基本啥景也看不见。就事论事，客房保洁大姐态度很好，房间面积较大，净化器小冰箱等设施齐全。
