房间大，主动帮我们升级，赞一个。虽是五星级酒店，但餐厅的服务还不到五星级酒店的标准，不会主动询问倒咖啡或茶！一楼大堂吧进去没人理会，游泳池不对外开放！浴室脚垫没更换、水也没补充！结账后有一位大堂人员（一位瘦瘦的女生，不知是不是大堂经理）很贴心的拿了小礼物给我们，也询问不足之处，很不错，希望我们反映的事情能有所改进。

第一次过来住，服务周到，热情，人都很好，好像没房间了我定的，帮我做了升房，最后是传说中的总统套房，泡了澡，枕头有荞麦皮的那种，对我颈椎有点问题的很友好，水果每天都有，所以没换地方住了三天，临走的时候服务员小姐姐给了一套礼品留念，水果 水 还有酒店里提供的洗漱套装，帮我打了车，真的很赞。
早餐也还可以，也算是配得上z酒店标准了
Wi-Fi也可以 窗帘电动哦 提供三种充电头，对我有两个不同系统的手机有好哦
总体来说不错，下次出差还住这边
