住了很多次的五星酒店，环境卫生舒适度来说这些都OK，地下停车场有点乱，还在装修都是灰尘，早餐品种不是太出众，中规中矩的，也没台州特色的小吃推荐，除了面条，其它小馄饨，寿司都没，放豆花，豆浆的地方没有配料，要跑去其它地方去配料，有点不方便。

酒店有免费接送服务，这点很好，对住客来说很方便也很安全，接送司机师傅态度和蔼可亲。和酒店账务上有点出入，事后，高燕经理打我电话了解情况，能设身处地的为客户着想，并妥善解决了问题。

酒店整体环境还不错，有免费接车服务，接车王师傅服务很好，介绍当地环境，房间很大，可以加床，酒店位置很好，停车场蛮大的，早餐很丰盛，用餐后有切好的水果服务，值得推荐
