整体还可以，酒店服务没有给满分主要是是因为早餐自助餐，差到爆，品种少，补菜还跟不上，从开始吃到离开，好多盘里锅里都是一直空的。泳池还可以，28度，小朋友可以游

有点小失望，入住已经下午三点后，前台竟然忙活了近20分钟才给我确切的房间（理由竟然是定的两间房要同一楼层的比较困难）拜托，我提前好几天付全款预定的好嘛，两间房不相邻我完全没意见，楼层隔几层合理吗？还有就是预定时也特意要求高点楼层，最后还是最低层，无语了……客房门铃也是坏的，要个针线包一直到我们出门用餐也没拿来，孩子只好不穿那件掉了小纽扣的衣服了，晕.(酒店针线包不该配备在客房内的吗？)出门一直喜欢万豪酒店，但苏州这家是唯一失望的一家……
