订房过程一波三折，本来预定了其他家的酒店，当天上午艺龙客服告知该酒店已经满房，看能不能调换至其他酒店，价格可以在原有预付价格的两倍之内。本来就是去玩，也没什么不能调换的，但是左看右看，合适的酒店并不多。后来看到了万豪，当时酒店说不一定是大床房还是双床房，我们心想，算了，双床也无所谓，就让艺龙客服定了这个。到电后又有惊喜，找了一间大床房，但因为照顾到我们不抽烟，怕房间有烟味，遂前台给升级了顶楼48层的行政大床房。进房间后，整个新区的高楼和西环的车水马龙尽收眼底，心情大好。房间够大，床很舒服，但是浴缸一般，旁边金属件都掉了。卫浴用品很好，洗漱用品也不错，很顺手。最后说说早餐，说实话，一般，人很多，大家都你争我夺的，恐怕吃不上，另外就是种类有些少。总结一下，这次整体感受不错，房间设备尽快维修，早餐再提升一下，就更完美了！

办理入住后房卡不对，旁边屋清洁的阿姨帮忙联系前台更换房卡，等了大约20分钟才有服务生上来，其中催了很多遍，印象减分。酒店位置感觉比较靠外吧
