  I am most disappointed in the desk attendants who worked at my check in time. I was blatantly ignored upon arrival; very distasteful. The attendant on Saturday made up for it with a much more pleasant and polite disposition. The cleaning staff was also very kind and helpful. The hotel, on the other hand, was not bad. The room is very spacious and relatively clean. There was cigarette ash on the toilets when I arrived. The hotel is located in a beautiful scenic area. Perfect for quiet walks, sightseeing, and jogging. There are shops surrounding the hotel which makes for a convenient stay. It’s roughly 10mins by drive away from the Gate of the Orient which was a plus!

  bedroom decoration would need to be refreshed. might have noise from pedestrian walking out of restaurant

  Difficult to communicate in English. My room had loud noise starting 05.30, some engine. But obviously other rooms are quiet. Rooms are quite spacious.

  The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything we wanted to see. However, the room's furnishings were quite outdated and could use a refresh. Unfortunately, the breakfast was poorly cooked, with the red bean porridge being notably undercooked.

  Everything was great but the breakfast was not good. No bacon, tomato eggs dish was 95% tomato and just not very good. That is an easy fix though, and other than that the stay was perfect. Was given salt in a bowl instead of a salt shaker, also, the noodles had been out too long and were dry and hard.
