这家酒店的服务非常周到，员工态度非常友好，办理入住的王小姐非常有耐心的给我们解答很多问题，给人一种宾至如归的感觉。房间乾净整洁，宽敞明亮，可以看到外面的景色，床铺舒适，周围很安静，房间设施齐全。地理位置也非常便利，地铁站很近，附近有很多美食的选择。酒店的早餐也很棒，丰盛美味。下次再来一定还会选择这家酒店。

这次住的很满意，酒店位置特别好在李公堤景区里走两步就到金鸡湖湖边；而且这个价位在园区很划算！办理入住的时候人很多前台小黄姐姐很耐心的告诉我们稍等一下，照顾到等待客人的客人情绪，第一印象就很好！房间给我安排的也很不错，面朝湖的，房间窗外也没有遮挡物视野很好房间乾净设施设备也很好！早上用餐的人也好多，自助形式的但是品种很多我们吃的很好！推荐！

好几次入住了，非常满意，从进门的那一刻起，前台服务热情周到，这次接待的是经理黄小姐，给安排的房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，让人一夜好眠。旁边吃饭的地方很多，满足了我对美食的所有幻想。酒店位置便利，周边环境优美，无论是商务出行还是休闲旅游，都是绝佳的选择。特别值得一提的是，酒店员工都非常友善，总是面带微笑，让人感受到家一般的温暖。我会强烈推荐给身边的朋友。

酒店位置不错在园区高端地段，朋友约过来吃饭周边都是聚会餐厅，车流量也还可以停车很方便酒店旁边就是地下停车场很方便就能到酒店大厅！房间给我们安排朝湖的落地窗，看出去金鸡湖很漂亮！电视也很大！表扬一下前台黄小姐服务态度很好也很有耐心！！！入住体验感很好！

房间给我安排了湖景，设施设备不错视野特别好！晚上到湖边去散步这天气很舒服很享受！还附赠了果盘退房还给我赠送了伴手礼，前台黄女士处理问题很及时！大家对我都很热情周到！很不错的的入住体验，推荐！

感觉超赞的一家酒店!房间布局很温馨，窗户光照刚好合适，不会让人觉得刺眼和有压力。衞生非常乾净，阿姨打扫的非常细心！床品超级非常舒服，跑了一天躺下去就不想起来了，值得再来!顺便説一下，前台小吴小姐姐服务超好。好评!
