GENERAL 石家庄云瑞国宾酒店非常重视客户体验，对客人的关注到每一个各部门每一个细节。
FRONT OFFICE 前台服务非常专业，入住和退房都非常顺利快速。退房时提前帮我把房账结了增票专用发票开好，点赞。
HOUSEKEEPING 客房服务非常贴心，每天都有果盘送，每天可以免费洗一件衬衣，对于我们商旅客人来说太需要了。每天晚上温馨开床，管家部梁晓霞女士连续为我开了两天床，每晚一杯梨汁，每天都有署名留言和次日天气预报，还有特别可爱的小鸟折纸，让人感觉特别地被关注和温馨。
FOOD BEVERAGE 特别值得一说的是一楼西餐厅的吗自助早餐，品种非常丰富，每天的两个煎太阳蛋完全符合我的要求，现煮的馄饨，面和粉，三到四种粥品，炒饭，炒面，意面，蒸点，冷菜，热菜，牛奶，豆浆，饮料，应有尽有。第一天用早餐时我注意了一点点细节小问题，和餐厅的喜爱经理沟通了以后，第二天第三天马上改进，而且服务人员做的更加热情，人性化和细致周到。我认为应该给一楼西餐厅全体员工以客户为中心，立竿见影式的服务管理大大地点赞。
LOUNGE 行政楼层的客人每天还可以免费享用15楼的行政酒廊。 很安静，很雅致，也很高大上。
PARKING 最后对于开车客人的佳音，酒店可以提供免费停车票，地面地下停车场都可以停。酒店地理位置极佳，就在市中心，周围步行距离范围内有很多购物中心和商城。
