进来能感到这酒店有若干年的历史了，楼道和房间内饰色调都能看出来，算是老品质了。市区差不多中心位置，离一中很近，附近吃喝既多也方便，打车也容易，房间干净卫生，房内大床睡眠质量不差，前台服务周到，客房打扫干净彻底。好评！

酒店交通便利，前台办理手续快捷。晚上客房精心布置了夜床，非常感谢服务人员的精致服务。周末出行酒店保安师傅还为我们擦拭了车窗，再次感谢酒店服务人员的付出。

客房服务较好，床很舒服，有点清香味。周围交通挺方便，入住时与朋友一起到周边转了转，有地铁，公交很多条路线，还有到正定的，下次再来石家庄约朋友去正定看一看。

我是加拿大归国华侨，5月1号，5月2号住到云端国际酒店，从未感受到如此周到热情服务态度！我每年住200天酒店，本酒店从细微小的情节以及服务的生活态度让让我感受到回到祖国怀抱，激动，因本人5月2号生日，酒店帮我免费调到高档房间，急送生日蛋糕在此表示衷心谢谢！加拿大华侨！

非常糟糕的一次住宿。一开始1318房间，电视不能用换成1320。结果房间小不说，空调还不能用一晚上热死，环境破旧，洗手池居然有头发。镜子正对床，半夜起来吓死你。这样破旧的酒店，这么昂贵的价格，谁住谁后悔。
