地理位置超越，非常近地铁山尾站，出入福田区景点及商场和美食都非常方便！唯一不足之处是新的毛巾有点湿，跟服务员沟通后都有跟进及更换。 整体经验不错！

房间依然很安静??。因为是深夜到酒店，工作人员很热心，帮忙升级了房型。见有小朋友同行，主动给准备了小朋友都会很喜欢的自己独立的小童牙刷和一次性拖鞋等
然后，附近步行几分钟就能找到一条热闹的街市，总体来説，吃穿住行住都很舒适
到福田口岸很近
还有…即使退房了，也可以请他们帮忙寄存保管行李，我们就是退房了然后去香港玩到晚上再回来取了行李出发的呢。

This hotel is so close to the metro station, few of them spoke English and they help you with booking a taxi , which very helpful for the foreigners

Location is ok quite near to COCO PARK, use DIDI average 10 minutes, at the back of this hotel there are some shops and restaurant which is convenient.
Front desk check in ok, room is clean and bed is comfortable, variety of utilities available, the shower is the best thing, strong water and constant warm water, I enjoy the shower here ????.
Breakfast is normal but surely can fulfill your stomach.

位置离地铁站很近
晚上还有免费夜宵粉面好食
空调不吵不影响晚上睡觉
床很舒服 睡得很安稳
会再光顾
唯一缺点是USB充电口全坏了，需要借插苏才能用

衞生：乾净衞生，连住三天每天打扫很整洁，帮忙叠衣服很贴心。
设施：带宝宝来，有孩子的垫高凳很方便。还有专门的宝宝枕头很惊喜。
服务：不论前台，客房服务还是餐厅都很有礼貌，服务满分。
环境：地理位置优越，步行出门有好吃的火锅，打车去口岸只要10分钟。

第一次入住禾晶酒店，这里的服务员亲切友善，对住客查询及要求也愿意用心聆听与立即回应与帮忙。早餐很丰富也很好吃，在酒店里叫外卖以及所需日用品也有机械人送上来，效率十分快速。酒店邻近沙尾地铁站，前往地铁沿线商场也很方便，步行数分钟也能到达某大型商场行街看电影??，酒店旁边就是深圳新风和陆家医院，有24小时急诊服务，令人感到十分安心又方便！酒店房间十分整洁，晚上睡觉外面与内部环境也很宁静！晚上9点半酒店餐厅竟然给予房间每人一碗面??的宵夜，实在令人有家的贴心感觉！超级推荐这间酒店??！下次再来深圳时仍会选择入住禾晶酒店。

和朋友出行，第一次入住这酒店，酒店离沙尾站数分钟步程，酒店后面走一个街口会有一些食店超市便利店。
职员态度很好，也尽量满足客人须要，房间整体整洁，空调也够凉快，淋浴间热水也充足，床也挺舒适。
如全部房型都能配备小冰箱就更好，也会显得酒店高阶不少。
