第二次入住这次很失望，和上次同样房号的房间衞生环境比上次差太多，地板是黏的、马桶坐板上有污渍。客房的解释很苍白只是想糊弄我们，最后换了房间给了一些服务补偿，前台的处理很好遇到问题不是和稀泥这点很加分，希望你们以后加强管理，酒店行业的人出来住酒店尽量不会太挑剔，但明显的衞生问题不能接受

设施：齐全衞生：乾净整洁环境：装个纱窗吧，入住的时候窗户开着，到深圳的第一天孩子就被??咬了好几个包服务：前台温和礼貌。早餐也可以因为有两天去香港徒步，酒店提供免费的行李寄存，特别温馨

The hotel is very good! Well located between Luohu and Futian districts. Very well kept, clean and comfortable. Good bed, great shower and tasty breakfast. The staff has been super attentive, especially Xiaozhong in the reception desk, that has helped us a lot, always with a smile on his face. I'll certainly stay there again.
