订了两个房间，其中一个房间冷气坏的，换到第二间也是坏的，直到第三间才正常。中间换到第二间的时候，一名微胖的工作人员还质问我为什么坐了床，导致她要更换床单，当时体验非常差，明明是你们房间冷气问题导致我们晚上11点多很疲惫的时候还要换房间，结果还质问我为什么坐了床。我和先生都非常气愤！！！

这个酒店以前应该很辉煌，现在可能被人承包了，进去灯光比较暗，大堂一个不起眼的角落有个不大的枱子办理入住，有点阴森！房间还行，除了年久的那种霉味也还行！最让人无语的是，中央空调和拖拉机和汽车排气管那种，搞得我一晚上没睡好！凌晨2点左右通知前台来解决，前台态度倒是不错，但是换了两个房间都是那种轰鸣声，严重影响休息，睡觉容易惊醒，有高血压的，慎重选择他家入驻，辈子和枕头也着实睡着难受。其他都还好，响应速度还不错，但是估计是以前这酒店倒闭，现在有人接手了一部分房间！也难为管理，大堂本该金碧辉煌，第一次进去昏暗，还以为走错了地方！

大堂空荡荡的有点儿吓人。可是周边没有更合适的酒店了。服务态度蛮热情的，尤其是阿超和小雷。

帮韩国客户订的。客户之前住过指定要住这里，订了3间房。坪山这边的老牌酒店，服务不错，设施虽不是很新也可以。

出差地周围像样的酒店不多，就选择了这家四星级的，外面看还不错，但进到大厅和房间就感觉不是那么回事，可能是时间长了，房间内的设施物品看着都比较老旧，灯光也比较暗，感觉不亮堂
