设施老旧: 酒店设施比较老旧，基本都是十多年前的东西，住的房间洗澡头部花洒直接就是坏的，洗漱台洗着洗着直接下面管子断了，弄一身水，电视只有几个频道；
打扫衞生不乾净，衣柜里给留了一条女士内裤？第一天住酒店用的刮胡刀打扫了两次都没清理。

房间还是很不错的，空间挺大的。前台也很热情，尤其是前台徐徐，办理退房开发票态度很友好很迅速。房间有点小问题，打电话给前台，也立马安排工作人员处理了。房间有带一个独立的小阳台和落地窗，这个应该是这个酒店最大的特色啦，房间外面就是比亚迪云巴。离地铁站也近，去哪里都很方便，挺多朋友住这边的。下次还会选择这家。

坪山性价比很高的一家园林式酒店，环境很好，房间很安逸，前台服务很友好，还送了果盘给我，送物品的阿姨也很礼貌，房间衞生也打扫的很乾净，设施也好，总体感觉不错！下次还会选择这家

前台服务很细致周到，安排的房间很满意，入住之后还会问我满不满意呢，酒店环境很好，还有一个免费喝茶聊天的空中花园，就是下雨不方便哦，房间床很舒服，很安静，入住整体很满意的一次
