Great place to stay in shenzhen, the staff is great polite and helpful, the room so clean and location is good with the TV screen is huge, every facilities are good as well, very comfy. We enjoyed it along while watching the movies on the huge screen.

第一次入住这家酒店，大厅进来还有免费的茶水跟糖果，地理位置也挺不错的，离莲塘口岸很近，前台304小姐姐服务热情高效，我想要的东西前台也会满足，真心觉得很不错，推荐大家过来体验

从入住到离店全程惊喜不断！酒店环境优雅，房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒适，卫浴干湿分离。前台618/304服务热情高效，入住退房仅需几分钟。餐厅早餐虽然简单但味道还是很好的，一楼咖啡厅下午茶精致可口，咖啡香醇美味，柠檬茶清爽解渴。

地理位置尚算可以，从莲塘地铁站D出口，走路10分钟便可到达酒店。
到店时间大约12点，订了两间，两晚房，等了10多分钟，只有一间准备好，下午三点多酒店微信通知另外一间才准备好。 晚上九时多回酒店取另外一间房时，要求多发一张房咭及多两瓶水（360ml) 一并被拒绝，多次要求下才多发，而且前台服务员爱答不理态度不是很好，每次出门经过前台都是见到他们不是在低头玩手机就是在闲聊，不会主动同客人打招呼??
第二天早上遇见房务员阿姨很友善同我们打招呼及询问需要打扫房间，还主动提供樽装水，跟前台服务员的态度截然不同????
总体而言，地理环境尚好，房务阿姨友善，房间整洁，前台服务员态度有待改善。要不是全季没有房也不会定这间。

莲塘地铁D出口步行10分钟内可达，途经大排档、街市、食店。
酒店附近有华润万家，岁宝邻坊(内有盒马和京东)可以逛。。
酒店门面很小，但附设咖啡店，也有自助诜衣房。当初家人订了一晚舒适双床房只需二百多元，已觉性价比高，但办入住时，前台职员主动帮我们升级了客房，本来房间整洁干净对我来说已足够，但里面装修新净，又有大屏幕电视，觉得几舒适，所以续住了两晚。
酒店对出空地有卖艺的，有修理行李箱的，充满人间烟火气但也不觉得吵，睡得挺好的。有机会也会再来住。
