酒店地理位置方便，Aria态度非常好，有免费赠送咖啡，房间用的是一次性的毛巾和浴巾，二楼前台圣诞装饰氛围超级浓，酒店距离我户口岸走路10分钟就到了非常方便门口也可以打的，出门右手边就是19号线人民南站A口左手边是一号线出行非常方便，酒店机器人送餐，?点了外卖后可以备注房号有机器人送到房间门口，真的非常方便

这次是第二次入住，正值圣诞假期，酒店装饰满有气氛的??。整洁程度很好，价钱实惠，可塑性很高。很满意他们是用一次性用品，?因有洁癖，?我住酒店，通常自带一次性大浴巾，这间都有提供，赞。?

酒店环境好地理位置都不错，大堂很漂亮，有机械人24小时送餐服务，前台服务人员态度非常周到，还帮我们做旅游攻略，还提供附近的便利地图，非常不错。满意房间有提供一次性毛巾和浴巾，如果不喜欢一次性前台跟我说也可以免费提供棉质的毛巾和浴巾，非常周到安排的很好。

酒店服务超级好，尤其是前台，很仔细去讲解酒店每一部份，还可以免费安排即磨咖啡，酒店房间很乾净，所有物品都准备妥当，而且还有润肤露，洗手液，前台还帮我们免费升级房间，酒店送餐机械人都好方便 神奇，酒店开通了腾讯会员，看了三套戏，舒服。第一次入住这间酒店很有好感，下次再来会再选择?

环境好位置好，服务态度很好，房间乾净卫生，非常不错，住了两天整体都很不错，很喜欢这里，靠近东门逛街购物都很方便，门口就是地铁站，去哪都很方便的。

行15分钟左右到罗湖商业城同口岸，前台会代接收外卖。地点就系深圳香格里拉後面，好方便几舒服，旺中带静，但到朝早会有少少声，酒店都有提供耳塞，一次性用品，赠送左一筒薯片、可乐同柠檬茶，厕所乾湿分离，有全身镜，最意外系有体重磅????。不过枕头太软唔系好好训，同得一部??会有少少唔方便。??
