你位置非常方便，就在香格里拉酒店旁边，我们check in时，职员Eusun Leung见我们带着小孩，主动给我们upgrade房间，职员热情有礼，又送饮品给小孩，还提供小孩拖鞋牙刷等用品，第二天还给我们延迟退房，又主动送上咖啡。
房间大又清洁，乾湿分离，大堂有一些小孩的玩意。

?? 名不副实，令人极度失望的住宿体验本次入住这间价格昂贵的酒店，原本抱着很高期待，结果体验非常糟糕：硬体设施差：房间中央空调系统极弱，室内闷热难耐，通风极差。服务完全不达标：前台接待人员态度冷漠，办理入住慢吞吞，对客人的需求表现得不屑一顾。严重缺乏性价比：这种高昂的房价，配上如此低劣的硬体与服务质素，完全不值得。下次绝不入住，也绝不推荐！

The room did not match the website description. Although the front desk helped resolve the issue, I am not entirely satisfied. I hope the website can provide more detailed descriptions to avoid misleading guests into making incorrect bookings.

Innogo Hotel Shenzhen is so very good . Good location nice BF. Services from staffs aree excellent (especially Ms. Aya & Ms.Xiaoyu) so kindness and helpful. Superb recommendations.

交通非常便利的地方、徒步5分钟可以到深圳站、周边很多美食店。酒店前台的xiao yu和 zi han、很热情、主动问要不要寄行李、热情的给我们送了咖啡。下回还会再入住。

地点很好，罗湖地铁站及人民南路地铁站都可以到。
楼下就有711，房间提供一次性浴巾，也有其他备品，还有免费洗衣房及烘干机，直接拎包入住就可以，服务人员也很贴心。
