一个是特别潮湿，空调不除湿，掀开被子，发现一根长发，忍了，没找客服。第二天上午，突然进来一个女人，问要不要洗衣服，说不要，而且质问怎么自己进来了，那个女人又嘻嘻笑着说，看前台您这间是退房，么胡说八道，前后矛盾。下次肯定不住了

酒店是相当不错，服务也好，特别是前台。
但是那个同程艺龙订酒店的平台非常不好，工作人员态度恶劣，以后大家定酒店千万别选微信里的同程艺龙，那是相当的差，非常差。

仔细对比了周围几个5星酒店，这个信价比最高，果然没让人失望，同行的朋友都觉得满意，服务业更好，设备齐全，下次有机会去上海还会定这家酒店。
