因为威斯汀品牌去的 感觉对不起这个品牌 威斯汀很多城市酒店都住过 上海这个应该是最差的 设施陈旧 服务极差 服务人员基本没有服务态度 好像进了某个政府机关 行李都懒得帮住客搬运 服务人员没有一丝热情 严重差评 对不起这个价格 以后不会再去

服务很热情，酒店环境也很不错，唯一的缺点就是房间只有一扇很小的窗户，还要签字后才能打开。spa馆在装修，可惜没有体验到悦榕庄的spa。
