老牌的英国高级酒店，这次入住的体验非常棒。一进入酒店，就能闻到弥漫在酒店里很特别的香味，reception 的设计也很有特色。接下来是房间的基础设施，特别的精致。房间在20层，视野很宽阔。酒店的服务跟酒店的档次很匹配。对于地理位置而言，位于新天地，附近有k11和香港广场，离步行街和外滩都很近。总体来说，its a fabulous living experience.

住了很多酒店了，这家忍不住上来点评一下，住了两天，酒店没有打扫过一次卫生，还是在电话不停催促，并且在房间内注明及时打扫的情况下发生的，太不应该了。每次逛街回来孩子要睡觉，看到房间里和出门时候一样一片狼藉，什么好心情都没了。还发生过一次断电，我也是服了，酒店位置是好的，但是服务和其他酒店集团相比，还是差了不止一点点。
