同程就是坑爹，什么服务，酒店订好没双床房，只能安排大床房，两个大男人怎么住，酒店方面说要找同程协商退，同程客服一直说不好意思不能退款，再打电话给酒店，酒店居然说是同程跟他们说客户确认要，尽快定下来，这不是睁眼说瞎话，欺骗消费者吗？客户要求达不到，钱还要照赚，这什么强盗逻辑，开开心心出游，同程按劈劈上受一身气，这种抢钱公司，给10个差评都不嫌多
