I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The place has nice views, it was very clean and well-maintained throughout. A special thanks to Hannie, who went out of her way to help me with my travel plans — her assistance and enthusiasm made a big difference. The service overall was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

So close to yu garden, with the nearest shopping mall just around the corner. The room is clean, and all the staff are very helpful. Always my go-to place to stay whenever I have a business trip in Shanghai.

The view was amazing, the staffs were very friendly and nice . Breakfast was delicious. Both Chinese and western cuisine. The gym equipments were good and was open 24h . Very close to the Yu garden

纯属开盲盒，第一次住这个酒店。酒店位置非常好，在酒店房间浦东三件套和东方明珠就在眼前，紧挨着豫园，吃饭逛街非常方便。 出门就有地铁口，一两站路就能到达各个旅游点。 酒店整体很干净，服务很到位，有需求会第一时间回应。 酒店早餐还可以，餐品种类挺多的。17层的行政酒廊可以坐在窗边，边吃饭边看黄浦江的风景。 酒店顶层的无边游池，很适合拍照打卡。 唯一觉得不太好的是，酒店门口的迎宾服务有点不尽人意。 离店的时候，我带着孩子拖着两个行李箱和一个背包，并没有上手帮忙的意思。

以前多次来过上海出差，这次是第一次带着孩子来玩，因为暑期，所以做了很多攻略，对比了很多酒店，选择了豫园万丽，最后没有让人失望，整体来说比较满意。首先，最优秀的是地理位置，非常方便，紧邻地铁站，一分钟步行就能钻进地铁站，不用在大太阳下走，去浦东、南京西路之类的地方打车也很方便，十几分锺就到。其次，服务很棒，前台的Barbara小姐姐非常热情，帮我们办理入住，又贴心的帮我们升级了房型，有求必应，提醒我们天气的变化。最后，关于酒店的设施，还可以，毕竟上海的酒店都比较有年头了，最开始的吹风机不太好用，楼层管家给换了新的，房间能看到浦东三件套，夜景很棒，房间安静，空调声音有点大，晚上睡觉得把风速调小。整体来讲是不错的入住体验。

酒店位于豫园、城隍庙附近，离外滩很近，步行可达。有的房间可看到外滩三件套，夜景极美！房间设施齐全，卫生干净整洁无异味，酒店员工会主动向客人打招呼问好。酒店门口的员工主动帮助客人拿行李并送到电梯口。尤其是CoCo，业务水平高，服务热情周到细心，主动告知各项注意事项，在此表示感谢！行政酒廊的百利甜加牛奶后味道还不错哦！酒店的早餐种类丰富，推荐里弄味道那的小馄饨味道超赞！

酒店的位置非常无敌好！酒店的一层行李员服务超级无敌好！酒店的四层前台整体服务而言没那么好需要改进！酒店的保洁阿姨每一个都有在微笑服务 ！麻雀虽小五脏俱全非常的干净整洁！游泳池是我们孩子的最好空中的很小也没啥人所以相对来说较为干净！酒店睡觉很安静 也感谢升级了亲子的一个沙发 就是想问为什么送早餐只送一份？ 个人建议要么不送 要么就送两份 酒店外国客人挺多的！橡下次还会选择！
