房间很大，衞生间也很大，每晚浴缸泡个澡太舒服了。还送了小零食，很贴心。透过窗外就是东风明珠的夜景，可以对着它浮想。

酒店房间很乾净，前台很好，有要求的东西马上能解决，有放湿机很好，?前台Kim的回覆很到位需要一赞， 礼宾部也很帮忙，遗下了东西在房间酒店也会电邮通知，服务来讲真的很好。
可是呢，如果旅游观光的话，酒店位置不是很理想，附近没什么好吃的。 酒店的早餐也有点不达标，pastry 牛角包那些做得更不行。
整体来说，酒店是不错的，只是个人下次会选其他酒店。?

12月6日入住豫园万丽五星级酒店。大家注意是五星级。12月的上海温差比较大，晚上只有酒几度，房间还是很冷。空调竟然只有制热，没有制冷。电话告知前台，前台让工程部师傅来看，工程部师傅説，酒店??空调没有制热功能。我们也是语言。难道上海是三亚吗？热的不需要冷空调。我们也很无奈。折腾到半夜12点，准备洗澡??休息，没有热空调的洗澡，冷飕飕，冻坏了。折腾了半夜，只能先休息。果然第二天头痛发热??，感冒,难受的很，没办法只能买药去医院。五星级的酒店硬件是如此的差。服务态度恶劣。没有人关心，毫无人情温暖。冷漠无情。这种酒店??以后谁还敢住，住一次感冒??一次！希望大家擦亮眼睛，避免踩坑。警惕!!!

这酒店说实话就不是很新的，是有些年代的
但反而有那种很传统很高级的感觉，进房间已经感觉到很乾净，很整齐。
景观更不用多说，超美丽！
前台也很有礼貌和细心。
地点特别近景点，交通方便！

饭店位置佳，台前的Nicole在住宿期间也很关注我们的住宿品质，服务态度很好，不让人有压力！也推荐我们好吃的！
房间的品质不错，清洁乾净。
*不确定是不是我们自己的关系，浴室入门前的地板材质貌似比较容易地滑，或许能够多多留意！加上一个小地垫的材质，可以让住客更安心唷

入住前三个小时匆忙的在网上订了房，到达豫园万丽
本来以为大厅在4F是个缺点，但在这寒风飕飕的时刻，这反而避免了check in时吹到风
手续办好后，前台人员Marry主动提出可以加微信，有任何事情可以请他帮忙，我不以为意，虽然加入了但没想过会用上。
9F的房间内可以直接看到东方明珠，房间设施很完整，空间也大，安顿好宝宝还能好好吃个外卖。
浴室水压很足，堪比SPA，原先担心床头紧邻浴室会有噪音，但两夜好眠印证是杞人忧天。
值得一提的是，加了Marry的微信居然帮了我大忙，原先预订了机场专车，但人赶不及回酒店，
这时用微信请Marry协助联系师傅等一下(甚至不是他的上班时间)，避免了错过专车甚至班机的惨剧，
还好当时没有拒绝她的好意! (另外也谢谢经理Barbara和餐厅1米8小哥的优质服务，礼宾部晚班眼镜大哥也非常亲切)

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel, perfectly situated near The Bund and the iconic Yu Garden. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly made me feel at home.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of Shanghai’s skyline. The location is ideal for both sightseeing and business, with easy access to many of the city’s landmarks.
What made my stay even more memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel — a beautifully presented stamp collection featuring Shanghai’s landmarks and culture. It was such a unique and meaningful gift, reflecting the city’s charm and the hotel’s attention to detail.
Overall, the Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent hospitality, prime location, and special touches that make guests feel valued. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.
