感谢前台王芳芳专业高效的进行入住手续的办理，由于晚上才到达酒店，高效的操作让人很舒心。退房的时候想保留一张带有刻画的木质房卡纪念，感谢前台邓晋峯的热情帮助。另外酒店硬件中最喜欢可以使全屋逐渐调成暗调的光源。

纪念日特意选择柏悦度过，确实是一次难忘的体验。感受最深的是服务，每个遇到的工作人员，包括清洁阿姨，送礼物的两个小姐姐，前台等都非常nice，给人宾至如归的感受。精致不用赘述，完全不输很多国外大城市，房间装修风格也是我喜欢的简约风。总之很好的体验，对了，还荣幸的和齐达内住一个酒店。

柏悦的风景可以看到整个外滩和上海三件套，住在里面心情很愉悦，酒店的早餐可选品种很丰富，酒店客房服务人员态度都很热情。柏悦的品质一直都很符合我的要求，设计审美也很在线，值得一住

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in the World Financial Tower in Shanghai for one night, from May 3rd to May 4th. I booked a Bund View room, and while the view was spectacular, the overall experience left something to be desired. The room was spacious but sparsely decorated, with a small TV and a somewhat awkward bathroom layout. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows went flat quickly.
Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly, though my request for a higher floor wasn’t accommodated. The check-out process was smooth. However, I was disappointed by the need to pay a deposit despite being a platinum member, and by the lack of complimentary minibar items, which I’ve come to expect in similar hotels.
I didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked nice with a great view. Unfortunately, the hotel’s dress code policy meant I couldn’t dine at their restaurants since I wore shorts on a hot day, which felt inconvenient. This led me to dine at the Jin Mao Tower next door, which offered a lovely buffet.
Overall, while the view was stunning and the bed comfortable, the room felt overpriced for what it offered. I’d recommend considering the neighboring Jin Mao Tower for a better value and experience.

The hotel is in a very good location in the center of shanghai. We were quite excited to sleep in one of shanghai's most famous Towers. The room was very clean, the interior was a little run down (squeaking doors, big scratches on the floor, damaged silicon of bathtub), but everything worked fine. The view was obviously breathtaking!
Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed by the english level of the reception staff. I would have expected differently at a hotel of this status.

Completely exceeded my expectations and made my staycation much more enjoyable. When I opened the curtains, the river views came in clutch, it was absolutely breathtaking taking. 前厅的工作人员超级专业，非常感谢儒雅帅气Zvonko谢斌，还有亲和漂亮的Winky张文文，住店两天期间全程的贴心服务，彰显专业酒店人精神。上海柏悦酒店是国内柏悦服务最好的一家。酒店虽然有一些年份，但是低调的华丽，充满了历史底蕴，优雅精心布置的客房，无论是餐厅还是走道每一位亲切微笑的员工，让我们住店的旅客得到了一个完美的避风港， 可以忘却平时生活和工作中的烦恼，全身心地放松，度过一个完美的假期。期待以后二刷上海柏悦，再次感谢Winky。

订的豪华景观房，十一期间居然赶上了升级成了套房。环境和景观是没得说，很愉快的入住体验，泳池是1.2米的，孩子在酒店玩得很开心。
