前台服务不错，房间也很满意。值得一提的是酒店很注意客人的需求，我有疑问时，工作人员立刻给予帮助，还有免费的车子送到国金中心，推荐入住！

因为是带着两个小孩子出去玩，所以出行之前比较了很多的酒店，最终选择了文华东方，入住的时候前台看见了两个男生还特意说一会会送儿童用品过来，感觉很贴心，可是住了一整晚也没见送来，后来早上打了电话才送了一套牙具来，反正没有体验到有什么特别的服务，酒店环境还是挺干净清爽的
