为了跨年准备的房间，无烟楼层，房间挺干净舒适的，阳台晚上可以看到外滩夜景，很漂亮。

酒店的位置离外滩、南京路步行街、地铁站不远，位置适中，价钱也比较合理。服务态度不错，房间的设施还可以，基本的配备都齐全，还有USB充电口。但房间窗口看出去的景色一般，我们订得房间只能近观其它建筑的墙壁和楼顶，远眺到一点点东方之珠……但总体算不错的选择……

这家酒店的风格，环境，卫生都很满意，特别是服务人员的态度特别好，早餐也很不错，地理环境也很方便，到外滩步行10分钟吧

在艺龙替朋友预定了酒店3个大床房，日期弄错了，他们本来想12月4日入住，我错点了3号入住，结果他们到酒店没住下。我预付了2614元，联系艺龙客服，预付款一分也不能退，打了水漂。他们只能自己重新开了房间。哎，不爽，郁闷！！！
