前台差 景色好的房间还不舍得给，不知道你留那么多景色好的空房来干嘛！死活推荐房间升级 就为了赚取客人这点差价钱？ 不值钱！！！房间一种怪味儿！打扫不干净！！！浴室只有冷水 打电话叫服务员帮忙调， 始终没有人过来！！！ 忍受着异味睡一晚 怎一个差字了得！！！

酒店服务不错，可细节服务还是不到位，和半岛、丽卡、W、香格里拉外管酒店，还是有距离，但总体还是较贴心。三十二楼酒吧棒，鬼佬打碟好正。谢谢好友推荐！发仔

第一开始被安排的房间霉味很大，而且房间电话打不通，后来重新下楼找前台经理换了一间，总归没枉费此行，别的都可以容忍，只要窗外是无敌江景
