疫情过后携80岁的父母亲一起出门休假，让酒店协助预订景观房，酒店安排的很好，非常感谢酒店。酒店离外滩很近，走到哪里都很方便。父母亲也很满意。

酒店非常好，景色很棒，可以看得见陆家嘴的高楼，东方明珠塔等，夜景非常迷人，江景房确实性价比很高，服务非常周到且人性化，总体来说是全五分体验
但是住了第一天后，第二天房间打扫完一次，等到第三天收拾东西时，发现项链不见了，第二天有照片为证没有带项链出门，项链被包在纸里，放在了梳妆台上，第二天因为玩的太累没有注意到，所以第三天才发现，应该是打扫卫生时当成废纸被扔掉了，这一点还是很愤怒的，但是酒店方面又说没有发现，尽管酒店方就这件事服务很人性化但是项链还是没有找到，这一点还是要给差评的

客房内的洗手间衣帽间水池区域的移门设计的很有特色！

位置确实不错，前台态度很好，4.18下午当班的两位男女前台都很优秀，十二点多就到了，直接给安排入住了，到房间感觉位置不是很好，打电话找前台给换一间正对东方明珠的，不到二十分钟就给抢扫了一间出来，男前台还亲自送房卡上来给我，原谅确实没记住名字，不过还是要给他好评
