遇到一点小插曲 昨晚入住的时候因为停车场车位已满 保安提出替我停车 可能保安大意了把我车钥匙带回家里了 今天退房的时候酒店工作人员一直在道歉 其实没什么大不了的事只是耽误了一点时间 我很能理解服务行业也不容易 所以一直笑着对他们说没关系 很满意酒店的态度 下次还会入住 临走前经理还给了我一张免费房券 搞的挺不好意思的
