The Puli Hotel Shanghai offers a seamless blend of understated luxury and thoughtful service, perfectly situated near major shopping malls and key city attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and efficient, promptly assisting us with our luggage.
As our room was not yet ready upon arrival, we took the opportunity to explore the surrounding area. When we returned about an hour later, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been delivered to our room, an excellent example of the hotel’s proactive and considerate service.
The room itself was impressively spacious, providing a calm and elegant retreat from the city. The minibar was exceptionally well-appointed, featuring both sparkling and still water, juices, sodas, tea and coffee, beer, as well as fresh fruits, chocolates, and nuts, all replenished daily. The bathroom was equally well thought out, complete with high-quality amenities that added to the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, The Puli Hotel Shanghai delivers a refined hospitality experience marked by attention to detail, comfort, and an ideal location, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and city exploration.

这次璞丽之行非常赞，Jay在入住前提前安排好了房间，goslin办理入住很迅速，酒店位置很好对面就是嘉里中心静安寺地铁站就在隔壁出行很方便，室内设计风格也不愧是Jaya操刀大隐于市的璞丽，很推荐!

每次来上海基本都会优先选择住璞丽，不管是开车还是坐高铁，地理位置都是绝对的便利。这次是带娃入住的，体验感也是最好的，Mia和CoCo的服务和安排很贴心，知道我们带娃一起住，给我们升级了房间并且提前准备了小床、宝宝浴盆和宝宝洗漱用品，还给了小朋友一张专属房卡同时还送了小玩偶，小朋友可太开心了！説下次还要住这里～对了，前台的曲奇饼乾和棉花糖也很好吃呢??

这次是带着孩子来上海的，朋友推荐了嘉里中心的两家酒店，我选择了puli，确实让人没有失望。前台的Mia和Vinson服务非常专业，他们办理入住时细致周到，态度温和有礼，还主动提醒我酒店的贴心服务细节，让人感到格外安心。客房布置温馨，清洁度高，住起来非常舒适。酒店的早餐还可以送到房间，对于带着孩子来吃 真的很方便。值得一夸的还有就是longbar 真的很好喝！！鸡尾酒哪一款都很赞。总之带着孩子住这里很方便走路吃喝逛都满足了，比外滩方便很多，下次还会来这里。PS 送的小童洗漱用品孩子很喜欢 彩虹色的牙刷 和牙膏都很不错！浴盆旁边也放了一大碗浴盐 细节很到位！

入住璞丽酒店环境以及衞生服务都不错 goslin办理了入住，入住期间高效服务感觉非常舒适！整体是大隐于市的氛围！圣诞节从门口走进来就碰到一棵大圣诞树，非常有节日氛围～，vinson退房也很迅速非常不错 期待下次再来!

酒店服务OK，未入住前接待小姐姐璐璐和小杨提前会问入住喜好，告知入住当天的温度，疫情期间的入住要求等，很贴心。酒店的早餐可以，水果都有6个品种。入住的单人间，房间很整洁。
