设施还行，但也需要升级了。由于酒店大堂在54层，场地小，比较逼仄。但是主要的吐槽点是自住餐厅的服务。我坐的位置没有筷子，问服务员要勺子和番茄酱，行动很慢，或者索性当作没听见。早餐品种少，放食物的盘子空了没有及时添加。服务的水准和酒店的星级严重不符。下次不会去住了。

酒店服务还是很棒的. 楼层由于入住时间晚了被安排在了58楼.虽然不是最高的.但是.正对着东方明珠.夜晚的景色还是很不错的
