出行前千挑万选的酒店，结果真的要给个大大的差评，到酒店后升级了江景房，进入房间首先发现了两瓶免费矿泉水，其中一瓶是喝过剩下的，估计是打扫疏忽没发现，后来又发现拖鞋没有，打了客房服务，过了15分钟才送来，这都算了，结果等老公洗澡的时候突然没有热水了，打了电话说让工程部过来看，结果一直没来，再打说是有10几个房间有热水问题让等等，大概过了1个多小时，也没有人来也没有人联系我们，老公实在受不了了，又累又困，去试了下结果说热水有了，竟然没有人通知，今早退房的时候看到门缝下面塞了一封关于热水的致歉信，我想说我要的不是道歉只是希望水来的时候能通知下我们，还有就是这样的酒店，工作人员看到客人也没有打招呼的，坐电梯还和客人抢时间的，请问酒店礼仪不培训的吗？反正是没有下次了！

提早定的，但是艺龙价格还要比大众点评的贵两百，大家定之前比较一下比较好。夜景很好的酒店，就是服务效率很差，管理有问题，办理入住足足等了一个半小时
