刚入住的时候对设施不满，行政层卫生间很小，厕所没有纸篓，女性卫生用品处理不方便，房间也小。住到第二天被服务感动了，服务员听到我们说房间太潮，我们出门后，给房间加了一台抽湿机，一下子把我们给救了。

每次来上海都住这里已经两年多了，位置太方便了去徐家汇地铁站只要五分钟，服务非常好，一下车就有工作人员来帮忙拿行李，如果有快递寄到酒店还会送上房间，所有工作人员都特别有礼貌，有一次朋友正好过生日，回房间后发现居然酒店送了一个小蛋糕！虽然价格有一点贵，但毕竟是星级酒店，十分值这个钱，酒店设施也非常棒，房间很大很舒适，还有浴袍电熨斗等设施，以后只要去上海都会选择这家酒店，也会推荐亲朋好友去。
